Stranger beneath this stone in silence rests my daughter, my child, my Ellen! The wife of David Ferguson! He departed this life on Tuesday the 8th of May 1832 and Ellen on the Thursday following. She has left this world of care and trouble at an early age to seek a better home. This is dedicated to her memory by her father Thomas Craven formerly of Drumcashel Coy. Louth now of the Town of Dundalk.
