Underneath this tomb lie the remains of David Atkinson Esqr of Corderry late Captain in the Louth Militia who departed this life on the 2nd day of August 1807 aged 38 years. Also the remains of Mrs. Hannah Atkinson wife of David Atkinson Esqr of Channon Rock who departed this life on 9th day of July 1815, aged 84 years. Here also are deposited the remains of the said David Atkinson Esqr late of Channon Rock who departed this life on the 25th day of March 1816 in the 84th year of his age. George G Atkinson Esqr Corderry died 18th August 1855, aged 54 years. Also Elizabeth Fleming aged 19 years died March 7th 1867 Sarah Fleming aged 18 years died 17th April 1867 and Alexander Fleming aged 18 years died 21st May 1868 all three being children of the late John Fleming Esqr the Hill, Monaghan.
