To the memory of Joseph Arthur Coulter of Dowdallshill who died at his residence, Roden Place, Dundalk on the 3rd day of October 1901 aged 66 years.
And also in memory of his wife Elizabeth only daughter of John MacDowell, Builder, Dundalk She was born 10th May 1843 and died 10th September 1928.

The Coulter family are said to have been resident in County Louth for least 8 generations.
